Marina joined Tricor Services Limited as a director from September 2004 to February 2006 after her retirement as a partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers in July 2004. She is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Kerry Properties Limited and Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited.
Marina had been with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1968 and was specialized in China tax and business advisory services. Since 1978, she was responsible for the development of the firm’s business in Mainland China. She set up the first office for the firm in Guangzhou in 1979, followed by Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen in the 1980s. She has extensive experience in advising both Hong Kong and foreign investors in the structuring of their businesses and investments in the PRC.
She was appointed Justice of the Peace on 1 July 2004. In 2008, City University of Hong Kong conferred on her title of Honorary Fellow.
